　　In July 2014, when the Chairman of the Supreme Leader visited Brazil, he delivered a speech on "Promoting Traditional Friendship and Sharing Spectrum Cooperation" in the Brazilian Congress. He said that China and Brazil are both big developing countries with important influence and emerging market countries with broad development prospects, and China-Pakistan relations have long gone beyond bilateral scope and become increasingly global. The most direct manifestation of this influence is that the typical representatives of China and Brazil, two developing countries, have made strong voices in multilateral diplomatic occasions such as the BRICS cooperation mechanism.

　　From September 3 to 5 this year, the ninth meeting of BRICS leaders will be held in Xiamen, China. BRICS cooperation will launch the second "golden decade". China will work with Brazil and other countries to sum up experience, plan the future, and contribute to China’s wisdom and the "BRICS Plan" for promoting world peace and development.
